1. Introduction

Welcome to ResearchExperience.org’s online course platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("user," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. No Liability for Outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that ResearchExperience.org, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, the "Company Parties") are not responsible or liable for any outcome resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to your success or failure in the course, your ability to apply the information learned, or your career advancement. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform and any outcomes that may result.

The Company Parties are not responsible for ensuring that you complete the course, achieve specific results, or publish any research resulting from your use of the Platform. Your progress and achievements are solely your responsibility.

You may cancel your membership at any time by following the instructions provided on the Platform. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged any additional payments. Cancellation of your membership will not entitle you to a refund of any previous payments made.

5. Refunds

All payments made for access to the Platform and its courses are non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

6. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Use

All content, materials, and information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio (collectively, the "Content"), are the property of ResearchExperience.org or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to record, reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of ResearchExperience.org or as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, or dissemination of the Content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or violation of other intellectual property rights.
